Speech Topics
Our objective is to help train executives, managers, actors,
lawyers, and platform speakers on how to select and develop content for speech
topics, how to develop speech, techniques, how to uncover the nascent
motivational and communicative qualities of the individual and bring them to
the surface in a positive way. Speech
topics must forcefully illustrate ideas and material to a mass audience by
means of concreteness, sensual images, metaphors and hyperboles.
Speech topics, when properly selected and presented, can
greatly enhance the audience’s perception of the speaker. A great deal of attention must be given to
the proper selection of interesting and an appropriate selection of material.
It must be of concern and interest to your receivers.
To a large extent, speech topics should be politically and
culturally correct in this rapidly changing world. Come to think of it, this last statement is quite a good example
of viable speech topics to present to an audience. It can be divided into several segments. One might be the need for cultural
awareness; another might be the necessity of adhering to political
